Trusteeship can be rewarding for many reasons - from a sense of making a difference to the charitable cause, to new experiences and relationships. It’s also likely to be demanding of your time, skills, knowledge and abilities. Trustees have independent control over, and legal responsibility for, a charity’s management and administration.
The follows skills are desirable:
The ability to take minutes at bi-monthly meetings
Administrative skills and/or experience in administration
The ideal candidate will have an interest in community development and a desire to make a difference to the lives of others.
